If any of you have never tried alligator, it’s exceptionally delicious. Maybe it’s my back-woods East Texas heritage talking, but I look at those critters as a mighty fine dinner.
I want to figure out a way to fry them that’s Paleo. Almond flour maybe?

  4. scienceandkitties answered: I recently made fried chicken with plantain flour and adobo seasoning in peanut oil. You could use coconut oil, too.
